Fear is a Good Thing !!!

You need to get out of your comfort zone so that you can grow.

You need to change your mindset about fear and stress. Stress is only bad for you health if you perceive it to be bad for your health. People who view stress as a good and necessary drive are wayyy more healthier than people who perceive stress as bad. Stress and fear aren’t bad, it’s a challenge to overcome.

You can handle anything that comes your way. Everything is an opportunity to learn and grow. Both success and failure lead to the same thing, – growth.

Start viewing fear as a good thing, and start believing that you can handle anything thrown at you.
